How does the preferred customer discount program work?
The preferred customer discount program is a 10% discount customers are entitled to in our retail store based on the amount they spent with us in the previous calendar year. For example, customers getting the discount in 2025 qualify with the total amount spent 1-1-2024 to 12-31-2024.
Any and all pre-tax money spent with us qualifies a customer for the discount, but there are exclusions to what the discount can be applied to. The exceptions are: Labor, Concrete Work, Loop-Loc Covers, Filters, Pumps, Heaters and Heat Pumps, Automatic Covers, Automatic Vacuums, Control Systems, Slides, Diving Boards, Grills, Outdoor Heaters, Salt Systems and Cells, Liner Replacements, Spas, and new Pools.
