Why is my Polaris only going in one direction, falling over or only goes in circles?
1. Check the filter bag. If it is full, it can weigh the cleaner down on one side.
2. Turn the pump off and spin one wheel on unit. All wheels should move freely and at the same RPM. If they are not, bring the unit in for drive train service.
3. Check feed hose to make sure floats are spaced evenly.
4. Check for water inside the head float.
5. Make sure thrust jet on back of unit is in the 11 o’clock position.
