Why is my Polaris moving sluggishly or not at all?
1. Make sure skimmer basket(s) and pump basket are clean and that you don’t need to backwash or clean your filter! If there is not enough flow getting to the booster pump, the cleaner will not have enough power.
2. Check filter screen in wall fitting/hose for blockage.
3. Check hoses, hose connection, swivels, and back-up valve for leaks that could cause a loss of pressure.
4. Turn the pump off and spin one wheel on unit and make sure all wheels move at the same time.
If you can’t find the source of the problem or would prefer to have one of our techs look at it, feel free to drop your unit off in-store or schedule a service call!
