Why is my Polaris not cleaning the whole pool or staying at one end?
1. Verify that the feed hose is within 6” (longer or shorter) of the furthest point of the pool.
2. Check the brass insert on the single-side wheel; if it has come loose, replace it.
3. Verify the thrust jet is in the correct position (at “11 o’clock”).
4. Ensure the back-up valve is cycling on and off. Disconnect the hose that goes between the valve and the unit and hold valve under water. Within 2-3 minutes the jet should activate.

If you can’t find the source of the problem or would prefer to have one of our techs look at it, feel free to drop your unit off in-store or schedule a service call!
