Description:

We are looking for a full-time, year-round Retail Sales Associate in our busy retail store. 

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. Sales Associates have varied tasks including helping our pool and spa customers with general maintenance, water chemistry issues, finding parts, and more.

Candidate does not need previous pool experience and we will train the right person. Retail Sales Associates must be able to work weekends when needed and have reliable transportation. This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lb. and be active on your feet throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Run water tests on our computerized analysis system
  • Ring up purchases and look up items on our point-of-sale system
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services and recommend solutions to customer problems
  • Ensure shelves are stocked and store is clean

Qualifications:

Skills

  • Previous retail experience is required
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • High school degree
