 We can handle your pool maintenance and service needs from A to Z. Our team of skilled technicians undergo regular training to stay updated with the latest products and techniques, ensuring that we provide you with the best service possible. Our Service Department is open throughout the year and is fully staffed with friendly and knowledgeable professionals. 
Rainbow Pools is a Totally Hayward dealer, repair and warranty center, Polaris service center, and Hot Spring Spa servicer.
We only provide service for inground pools.

POOL Openings and Closings



Our Pool Openings and Closings are pre-booked each year so our availability is limited. If you are interested in joining our pool opening and closing waitlist, please fill out the form below.

Here's what's included in our pool opening and closing services:

POOL OPENING
Our Base Pool Opening Service Includes:
Removal and folding of cover
Remove winter plugs
Installation of return jets (eyeballs)
Assembly of all pool equipment
Installation of ladders and handrails
Priming the pump to start pool circulation
Brushing of waterline and steps
Adding start up chemicals
*The cost of chemicals are NOT included in the base price and the amount varies by pool size.

Cleaning services are not included in our pool openings.
POOL CLOSING
Our Base Pool Closing Service Includes:
Disconnecting and winterizing lines and all equipment
Lower water level
Fastening and securing your winter cover
Add closing chemicals
*The cost of chemicals are NOT included in the base price and the amount varies by pool size



Cleaning services are not included in our pool closings.

Pool & SPA Maintenance



We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pool and spa maintenance.

Chemical maintenance includes  - emptying baskets, checking filter, backwashing filter, water testing & balancing, skimming debris, brushing water lines, checking auto vacuum and emptying bag (if applicable), test firing heater (if applicable)

Full maintenance includes everything in "chemical maintenance" plus vacuuming. 


SPA SERVICE CALLS



We exclusively service Hot Spring Spas and can help you diagnose and fix any issues with your spa. We keep many  of the most common parts in stock and can order in any other parts as needed. Hot Spring Spas also guarantees to support their spas for at least 20 years after manufacture and we're here to help you keep your spa running for years to come!

POOL SERVICE CALL 
A service call is billed for up to one (1) hour and does not include parts. We will arrive onsite, diagnose the issue and advise you as to what needs to be done.  If any parts are needed, and if we have the parts in stock and readily available on our van, we will fix it the same day. We may need to schedule a return visit based on part availability and/or extra time needed.
