Why is my Polaris not climbing the walls?
1. Make sure you don’t need to backwash or clean your filter! If there is not enough flow getting to the booster pump, the cleaner will not have enough power.
2. Ensure that booster pump is working properly.
3. Clean out inline filter within Polaris quick disconnect/hose if necessary.
4. Verify the thrust jet is in the correct position (11 o’clock).
If you can’t find the source of the problem or would prefer to have one of our techs look at it, feel free to drop your unit off in-store or schedule a service call!
