Why is my Polaris getting stuck on the steps or other obstacles?
1. Ensure the back-up valve is cycling on and off—pull the valve out of the water and make sure the jet is turning on and off.
2. Adjust the thrust jet.
3. Install a ladder guard if necessary.
If you can’t find the source of the problem or would prefer to have one of our techs look at it, feel free to drop your unit off in-store or schedule a service call!
